I recommend we tone down EBDE's bloodthirstiness to make him a bit less psychotic and more pliable to our demands. Whilst we did program him to be brutal and find enjoyment in combat and killing, I am concerned about the potential for the development of psychosis within the current program. When the first EBDE awoke he openly expressed his hatred for the 'meatbags of the Union' and he desire to kill them all, he stated he wanted nothing more than to personally cut off President Williams' head to keep as a trophy.
